Where does our data come from?
Satellites and Systems Used by AJX Space Data
AJX Space Data is built on reliable satellite data from multiple international sources.
Our analytics utilize data produced by the following satellites and observation systems:
Copernicus Sentinel Satellite Series (European Space Agency – ESA)
• Sentinel-1 – Radar satellites
→ land use, surface changes, structural anomalies
• Sentinel-2 – Optical imaging
→ temperature indicators, vegetation, land-use changes, color/reflectance analysis
• Sentinel-3 – Ocean & temperature monitoring
→ surface temperatures, marine conditions, cloud cover
• Sentinel-5P – Atmosphere
→ air quality, NO₂, O₃, aerosols, methane, Saharan dust
CAMS – Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service
→ air quality, aerosols, Saharan dust transport
ECMWF – European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts
→ background data for air-mass changes and temperature trends
NASA EarthData
→ thermal signatures, terrain changes, cloud and aerosol observations
NOAA / Suomi-NPP
→ additional measurements for night-light analysis, cloud observations, surface temperatures
